Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of KinFolio and related services provided by DuoraLabs. By downloading, accessing or using our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.

You must be of the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use KinFolio. By using the app, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Some features, such as cloud sync, require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

Please notify us promptly at support@duoralabs.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

KinFolio offers a free plan and three optional paid plans — Plus, Pro and Family. What each plan includes is described in the app and in our pricing section. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, and you can manage or cancel them through your app store account (or, for web purchases, by contacting us).

Payments for subscriptions are processed by the relevant app store or payment provider, subject to their terms. Prices may vary by region and are shown before you subscribe. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

DuoraLabs, KinFolio, our logos and the software are owned by DuoraLabs and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use KinFolio for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Your financial data remains yours. We claim no ownership over the numbers, notes or records you store in KinFolio.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or compromise the app.
• Infringe the rights of others or misuse our services.
• Access the service through unauthorized automated means.

KinFolio includes AI features that generate insights, summaries and answers based on the data you provide. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date and is provided for informational purposes only.

You should verify important information independently and not rely on AI output as your sole basis for any financial decision.KinFolio does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

KinFolio is a personal finance management tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it does not guarantee any outcome or return. Nothing in the app should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. You remain solely responsible for your own financial decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DuoraLabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of KinFolio. The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, except those that cannot be excluded by law.

You may stop using KinFolio at any time and delete your account through the app or our Delete Account page. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm others or us.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to DuoraLabs, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of KinFolio after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
